So I just missed out on the Innocent drinks (they now make food) pop up restaurant in Shoreditch. Not to worry as they kindly posted the recipes here -

So I decided to try the Root Vegtable Bhajis and Sag Dahl. This is healthy - the bhajis have 6 different root veg in and the dahl is just spinach and lentils. Yum!

What a great recipe it is. Here is the result -
